Armada (operated by Armada Technologies, LLC, “Armada,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a platform-as-a-service that helps restaurant operators build and manage private W-2 staffing benches. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit armada.work, use our applications, or otherwise engage with our services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: name, email, phone, employer, role, and login credentials.
  • Worker information: identity, eligibility-to-work documentation, tax forms, certifications, schedule preferences, shift history, and payment details, where applicable.
  • Operator information: business details, locations, billing information, and authorized users.
  • Usage data: device, browser, IP address, pages visited, and interactions with the Services.
  • Communications: messages you send us, including support requests and demo inquiries.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Services.
  • Facilitate W-2 employment, payroll, benefits, and compliance obligations.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Communicate with you about your account, transactions, and product updates.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the Services:

  • With operators who employ or are matched with workers on the platform.
  • With service providers (payroll, payments, hosting, analytics, communications) under contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
  • For legal reasons, including to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights and safety.
  • In a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations (including tax and employment recordkeeping), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. See our Security page for more detail. No system is perfectly secure; you use the Services at your own risk.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@armada.work.

8. Children

The Services are not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Services or by email.
